Do any of you choose names for birds before you actually get them? I always stick with the same name. For instance, my African Grey Parrot (may he rest in peace), I named him "Mitthu," but he became famous on social media (especially on TikTok) as "TiktokParrot." In his memory, I named this website after him.
I really want my next bird, after "Mitthu" is gone, to also be named "Mitthu." I have this tradition of always keeping the same name for my birds, and even for my cats. I never decide on a new name. I'm curious, what do you do? Let me know in the comments below.
