Iām pretty new to this forum and honestly didnāt think Iād be posting this soon, but I just had to share this moment because Iām still laughing.
So, I was sitting in the living room having my coffee and my African Grey was sitting on his perch watching me very seriously. I said āGood morningā to him like I always do. He stayed quiet for a few seconds, tilted his head, and then said in the most dramatic voice: āOh REALLY?!ā
I nearly dropped my cup
The funny part is, I have no idea where he learned that from. We never trained him to say it. It was so perfectly timed that it felt like he was actually judging my life choices or something.
Does anyone elseās Grey have moments where they act like tiny feathery comedians? Sometimes I feel like they understand way more than we give them credit for.
Would love to hear some of your funny African Grey stories too. Whatās the funniest thing your Grey has ever done or said? I am so curious now about greys.
