Cinderelly did some plucking with her previous owner or maybe more of over preening? She has her down feathers but does not have a lot of the exterior feathers. Is there anything I can do to help her grow those back?

If she will be sprayed with water and pure aloe vera juice that will help to soothe her skin and increase humidity. A good varied diet is important and protein is needed for feather growth so give her some extra protein such as scrambled egg or cooked chicken. Also try to distract her from plucking by providing toys she can chew up, most Greys enjoy chewing up paper and cardboard.

She eats Harrison pellets in the morning and then nutri berries and a seed mix at night. I offer fresh veggies but she hasnt accepted them yet. She has plenty of toys. She’s very spoiled. She has 3 different foraging toys.

You could try leaving some cut up veggies in her bowl and see if she will experiment with them. Hector likes when I hide a pistachio nut in a coin wrapper and stuff it with either tissue paper or shredded paper. He will pull everything out to find the nut. I get a bag of wrappers at the dollar store so it's very economical. I usually pick up the paper there as well.
